Cindy Welle, Broker-Owner:
In
1971 my family moved to Meeker where we owned and
operated a cattle ranch. After graduating from Meeker
High School, I married my husband, Richard R. Welle
who is the General Manager of White River Electric
Association. Here we raised our two sons and are
now the proud grandparents of a precious granddaughter.
My career in real estate began as an office assistant
with Lynn K. Whiteman Realty in 1987 where I obtained
my real estate Broker license and residential appraiser
license. In 2005 the decision was made to branch
out onto my own creating Meeker Realty LLC.
Abby Welle, Office
Assistant:
Abby
is my daughter-in-law and joined the family in 2002
marrying
our son, Jake who is a licensed electrician working for
Ducey’s Electric. They are the proud parents of
our first granddaughter, Sarah Rose. Abby is a native
born Meeker-ite with an abundance of family in the White
River valley. She joins Meeker Realty after many years
working at the Rio Blanco County Abstract Company.
Wendy Garrett, Broker Associate (and Sister):
After
graduating Meeker High School, Wendy and her husband,
Greg Garrett and son, Thomas, eventually moved to Silt,
Colorado where she was the Broker-Owner of Bear Mountain
Realty, returning to Meeker in 2002. They currently own
and operate Garrett Plumbing & Heating, as well as
Painted Feather Shires where they raise a wide variety
of animals from Corgies, miniature Donkeys to Shire draft
horses.
Bobby
Gutierrez, Broker Associate
Bobby was born and raised in Meeker and after
graduating from Meeker High School in 1979, he earned
a business
degree from Mesa State College in 1984. Bobby lived
in Grand Junction and Steamboat Springs before moving
back to his hometown, where he worked for the local
newspaper for more than 10 years, including two as
it’s editor.
Bobby joined Meeker Realty, LLC in June of 2008
and enjoys working with people wanting to make
Meeker their home.
Bobby is married to Wendy, who owns and operates
Wendll's Wondrous Things in downtown Meeker and
between them, they have four grandchildren which
they enjoy spoiling.
